Interpretation

Bookkeeping, Accounting and Payroll Services

With us you can avail various services such as bookkeeping/payroll services/ tax management and other accounting facilities including Intuit’s Quickbooks Accounting Software services. Once the service is delivered to you, then only we will charge for our bookkeeping/ accounting/ tax/payroll services. And in case you want to return or refund our any product or services, you may refer our refund and return policy as described in the website.

Pro Advisor Support

To assist our customer on various queries and issues, we have certified consultants and Proadvisors that will look after your problems, no matter what time or day. All the services offered by our Pro Advisor Solutions is prepaid, while in case of refund or return, you may have a look at our policy mentioned on our website. However, our consultants also offer live assistance to our customers or clients.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer

Within any circumstances or conditions, the Pro Advisor Support maximum responsibility will not be just confined to the purchase rate of the sold product. Pro Advisor Support shall not, under any circumstances give any liability on the claim or action mentioned in the contract, tort, indemnity or any other claim related to the sold product which exceeds the liability limit. Also Pro Advisor Support cannot be held responsible for any third party claim or hamper against any client or customer, interruption in services, malfunction or delay, business loss, or any other damage to customer.

Use Restrictions

Pro Advisor Support has the exclusive right to reduce the order quantity or reject an order at our discretion.

Payment- Terms and Conditions

The Agreement portray our terms regarding the use of Quickbooks products and services that are reflected on the website including references, new releases, updates, content and all other. It includes:

  • Any valid Credit Card will be accepted at Pro Advisor Support
  • Any valid Debit Card will be accepted at Pro Advisor Support
  • Any Valid PayPal Account.
  • Any Valid ACH (Automated Clearing House) Account

There should be sufficient fund in the account to allow debit of amount.

Through other payment other method that is issued by Pro Advisor Support in writing.

In case if you provided the incomplete or incorrect details of payment information, you are requested to inform us of the same. And if you failure to do so in a limited period of time, we might have to render your account being suspended or terminated.

In case we are not informed about any updates, we will get in touch with your card provider, so that you could avail uninterrupted payment of services, and with your esteemed consent we will continue your payment with the same updated details.
